For my card I used the Papertrey, Inc. Jar Fillers set. The sentiments is from Hero Arts and the background stamp is from Stampin' Up. I heat embossed the white snowflakes and sentiment. I think this is sort of an interesting rustic Christmas card. Thanks for stopping by!

It's time for this week's challenge over at Christmas Card Challenges. This week our Challenge is an inspiration photo featuring "Cookies". I hope you will get a head start on your Christmas cards and join us this week. We now pick a weekly winner and honorable mentions! Thanks for stopping by!
For my card I used a Penny Black Slapstick Gingerbread man stamp on Early Espresso paper from Stampin' Up. The red paper is Real Red and the ink for the sentiment is Early Espresso by Stampin' Up. The sentiment stamp is from Hero Arts. I stamped the Gingerbread man with White Hero Arts Pigment Ink. I just got that ink and it worked pretty good on this dark paper. Finally, I added some red dots for his buttons. It was a simple and fun card to make. Thanks for stopping by!

I made my first every Hanukkah card. I made the patterned background by repeatedly stamping the star and Dreidel in blue ink on the Stampin' Up Bashful Blue card stock. Then I stamped the Menora in Stampin' Up Not Quite Navy Ink and colored in the candle flames with a Copic marker. I stamped Happy Hanukkah in Stampin' Up Marina Mist ink. I also inked the edges of the white panel and the outside edges of the card. I matted the white square with a panel of Marina Mist and Not Quite Navy. The stamps are all from the Lawn Fawn stamp set called Happy Hanukkah.

5 for 5 Easter Blog Event - Day 5
Hello and welcome to Day 5 of our new 5 for 5 Easter Blog Event! Today’s theme is "CAS"! Some of us are offering prizes, so be sure to leave comments on each of links below and visit all the blogs for details on how to win!
I used a fun Unity Stamp on this card called Dying Eggs. I'm entering this card into the Unity Friday Friends with Flair Challenge.
My card isn't the most CAS card I've ever made, but I really wanted to use this Unity Easter Stamp and try some multicolor heat embossing. I used green, pink and blue Stampin' Up Embossing Powders. I outlined the embossed image with a slightly bigger panel of Certainly Celery card stock also from Stampin' Up. I thought it needed just a little something else, so I sprayed the background with one spray each of a blue, green and pink spray from Lindy's Stamp Gang. To finish it off I added a little light green twine from Stampin' Up.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to visit the blogs of the other awesome designers taking part in our Easter 5 for 5 Event. Thanks so much for joining us this week and I hope you're inspired to make some amazing Easter cards and crafts. We'll be doing 5 for 5 again at Halloween, so be on the lookout for the dates on my sidebar graphic sometime in September.

Christmas Card Challenges #47
It's time for another challenge over at Christmas Card Challenges.
This week we have a photo inspiration challenge. I was inspired by the snow globe and the colors. I used my new Papertrey Ink Snow Globe Shaker Die. The trees are foam stickers I had in my stash and the sentiment is from Stampin' Up. The snowflake dies came with the snow globe and I added round dots of Stickles around them to look like snow. I'm can't wait to
see what you come up with this week for this fun challenge. Thanks for
stopping by!

Day 12 of the 12 Days of Holiday Inspiration 2013
Welcome to Day 12 of the 12 Days of Holiday Inspiration Blog Event brought to you by "The Inspiration Crew". We’re just a group of online crafty friends who love being creative. This time we're doing a 12-day event to provide you with tons of Holiday Inspiration.
We're making crafty projects using products we like and some of us are even offering prizes. Check each blog and the information there for what prizes are being offered and when the winners will be announced on that blog.
At the bottom of this post is a list of all the crafty ladies participating in this event. Be sure to visit all the blogs each day for loads of fun Holiday craft ideas.
I'm offering prize!! My prize is a $20 gift card to Michaels. I will announce the winner on my blog on Friday, December 13. To be eligible just make sure you are a follower of my blog and leave a comment. The more days you leave a comment, the more chances you have to win. So that's it - easy peasy
This year I have a theme to my projects - it's called use what you have and keep it simple. For those of you who don't know me, I've been busy building a house this year. The process started last February and construction started in early June. I sold my old house and moved in with my parents last May. So, I have not been nearly as crafty as I like to be this year, I just haven't had the time or the space.
I haven't purchased any new holiday stamps, just a couple of new 6x6 papers pads, Distress Glitters and some clearance embellishments when I was in London on vacation. So, if you are overloaded with supplies, I challenge you to start using up your stash instead of always buying the latest and greatest. I'm going to show you some quick and easy projects over the next 12 days that you can make using things you already own.
Today I'm sharing some cards that are similar in design to ones I showed earlier, but I actually made these first in July. I bought these awesome Christmas Embellishments on clearance at a really cute paper crafts store called Blade Rubber Stamps in London (near the British Museum).
I knew I had this old Christmas paper from Stampin' Up that would match them so I couldn't resist picking them up and they were easy to pack in the suitcase. I added pretty pleated ribbons (like the ones I showed earlier in blue) to some cards and seam binding to others. I also accentuated the embellishments with coordinating circles and scallop circles. And, to continue the theme of using what you have, besides my cute embellishments, I didn't purchase anything for these cards. They all came from my huge stash. Here are several of the cards I made. They were quick and easy and fun.
I hope you've enjoyed our 12 Days of Holiday Inspiration 2013. Be sure to follow our Pinterest page HERE where you can sell all the fun ideas in one place. Be sure to check back here Friday, December 13 to see who my winner is for the $20 Michaels gift card.

Today I'm having part 1 of a 2 part project. I'm sort of obsessed with using up items I already own. So, I had a 6x6 Lawn Fawn paper pad called FaLaLa that I bought last year and never used. I decided I would put together the patterns that went together and cut out panels and put them together on cards. When I cut them to 5.5 inches, it left 1/2 inch strips that I used for accents. For the sentiments I just found a simple sentiment that fit in my oval punch and accented it with my scalloped oval punch using coordinating papers. These two are very similar so I chose to share them today. I used a pretty pleated ribbon from Stampin' Up in Baha Blue to dress these cards up. Tomorrow I'll show my bolder colored cards. Today it's all about PEACE. The sentiment is from a Hero Arts Stamp Set.

Moxie Fab - Now That's My Cup of Tea
I FINALLY made a card!! Since all my crafty supplies are crammed in the little bedroom I have in my parents house and most of my creating is done on my twin bed, I just don't get many things made these days. But, I was inspired to buy these cute Waltzingmouse Doll Stamps after reading a Moxie Fab post and when I saw this week's Tuesday Trigger picture I was inspired to use them. I was completely inspired by the colors in the photo. My "aqua" color ended up being a little more green than blue like the picture, but I love all these colors together. You can click here to go to the Moxie Fab World and join in the fun there. I haven't played in a challenge in so many months, I'm so glad I got in on this fun one. I used Stampin' Up papers & brads, Studio Calico Enamel Dots and Memento Inks on this card.
I am going to try to be more creative this fall and I hope to be in my house with my new craft room in December. I'm attaching the first glimpse I got of the craft room the day they built steps. I'm so excited. I have BIG plans for that room!!
Here's my card.
Here's my future craft room!

12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop - Day 11
WELCOME TO THE DECEMBER “12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS” BLOG HOP – DAY 11
Today I'm the hostess for the Sean & Regina 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop. I made a quick and easy card today. Something you could make quickly with some paper scraps. I just used two pieces of scrap paper from the same set. I used a Gina K. stamp from the All Occasion tags stamp set. The great thing about this set is it coordinates with the Spellbinders Grommet tags die set.
I die cut the label with the matching Grommet tag. I stamped the tag and sentiment in matching red ink and I tied the tag onto the card with a sheer ribbon that was in my stash and added some little green brads. Thanks for stopping by and be sure to visit the other participants in the blog hop. All directions are listed below. One lucky winner will win a Gina K. Designs prize package. Happy Holidays!

The Play Date Cafe #157
It's time for a new color challenge at The Play Date Cafe! I love purples and I think this week includes the most shades of purple I've ever seen in a PDC Challenge!! This weeks colors are Plum, Fuchsia, and Wisteria. I don't have a lot of patterned paper in these colors, so I went to my stash of Stampin' Up colors and ended up using Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant and Rich Razzleberry. I also used a texture plate from PTI on the white card stock. Then, I did something I rarely do, I pulled out the Cricut. I made this cute butterfly that I got from a cartridge called A Walk in My Garden. It was so big, I just left off the sentiment so I could use it for almost any occasion. I really hope you are as excited about these colors as I am and that you will join us this week. I can't wait to see what you come up with using these fun and different colors!
Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp.
