Curtain Call Challenge - Cozy Quilt

I'm made this card for the current Curtain Call Challenge - Cozy Quilt. After looking at the inspiration photo I decided to make a card using different patterned papers for the petals of my flower. The flower stamp is one of may favorite stamps. It's from a Wendy Vecchi set called Sketch Art. All the papers on the card are from the DCWV Freshly Picked Stack. I just love the colors in this collection. The sentiment is DCWV - Vintage Collector. I stamped is with black archival ink. Thanks for stopping by!

DCWV February Stackaholic Challenge #2

Today I made my second card for the DCWV February Stackaholic Challenge. All the decorative paper I used is from the DCWV Dots, Stripes and Plaids 12x12 paper stack and I also used the DCWV Cork, Burlap, and Corrugated Mat Stacks. I used Stampin' Up Star punch with the corrugated paper. The buttons and twine are from Papertrey Ink and the stamp is from Repeat Impressions Rubber Stamps. Loved working with these beautiful papers again and this fun sketch. Thanks for stopping by.

DCWV February Stackaholic Challenge

I made this card for the DCWV February Stackaholic Challenge. All the paper I used is from the Dots, Stripes and Plaids 12x12 paper stack. I used Stampin' Up Heart punches and punched the hearts from a glittery part of the paper. The twine is Lawn Fawn Lawntrimmings and the Letters are Fabric Thickers that I sprayed with lime and green Dylusions Sprays and clear Smooch Spritz Spray. They are a little sparkly, but it's hard to tell in the photo. Loved working with these beautiful papers and this fun sketch. Thanks for stopping by.

Here's the sketch.

Lawnscaping Challenge #75 Dots & Heart

I made this card for the current Lawnscaping Challenge #75 - to use Dots and/or Hearts. I used this cute heart paper and these fun white enamel hearts that were in my Studio Calico Kit that came yesterday. All the stamps are Lawn Fawn and I colored the images with PrismaColor Markers and blended with Gamsol. I needed a Valentine for my friends 6 year old son so I thought this would be perfect for him. He loves dogs. Thanks for stopping by!

Curtain Call Challenge

For the Denami Blog Hop Click HERE

I made this card for the current Curtain Call Challenge called Cuppa Cocoa. I was inspired by the colors in the photo and the marshmallows! All the stamps are from Mama Elephant. I made the background by blending Stormy Sky and Faded Jeans Distress Inks and colored the cup with Frayed Burlap and Brushed Corduroy Distress Markers. I colored the doily with Antique Linen Distress Marker. The grid is just a fun embellishment I had in my stash. The ink is Dark Chocolate from Papertrey Ink. The "marshmallows" are little pompoms from Hobby Lobby. It was nice to make this "Warm and Cozy" card on a cold winters day. Thanks for stopping by!

Denami Polka Dots Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog. Today, I'm participating in the Denami Polka Dots Blog Hop. I'm so excited to participate again this monty.

I love Denami Stamps and I thought this Happy Birthday stamp was just too cute. For this card I embossed the stamp with Wild Wasabi Embossing powder. The polka dot paper was a scrap in my stash. The other papers are all from Stampin' Up. I think the stamp is so pretty that it didn't need too much embellishment so I just framed it with some papers that matched the polka dots and I think this is cute and cheery birthday card. Thanks for stopping by!

Be sure to check out the rest of the participants on the hop and leave comments because 2 lucky commenters will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Denami Store

Papertrey Ink 7th Anniversary Day 4 Challenge

Today's challenge at Papertrey Ink is to make a 3x4 flat card. I started with a piece of white paper and sponged Aqua Mist, Plum Pudding and Spring Rain inks all over the card. I stamped the new Feather stamp in Royal Velvet and the sentiment in Enchanted Evening. The Feather is from the new Feather Finery set and the sentiments is from the Fillable Frames Sentiments Set.  I framed the 3x4 panel with Enchanted Evening paper and added it to a Plum Pudding card base.

Valentine's Day Inspiration Blog Hop & CAS-ual Fridays CFC127

Welcome to the Valentine’s Day Blog Hop brought to you by "The Inspiration Crew". We're a group of crafty blog friends making projects we like, using products we like. Be sure to check out all the blogs for tons of crafty Valentine’s Day inspiration.

I'm also entering my card into this week's CAS-ual Friday's CFC127 Challenge - Over the Edge.

I had some Valentine elements left over from last year that I made a little collage with for this card. I cut the heart out of grunge board, covered with Tim Holtz Crackle Paint in Picket Fence, then covered with Distress Stain in Worn Lipstick. And finally, I did something I never do, added sequins.

You should have come here from Jennifer Cuthberston’s blog. Now go check out Rachel K's blog. Thanks for stopping by!
