Happy Birthday Cake!

I made this card for this month's Unity Kit of the Month Sketch Challenge. I used the cake stamp from the Unity May 2011 KOM and the Happy Birthday circle from the Unity April 2011 KOM (I'm anxiously awaiting my June 2011 KOM!!) Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

Here's what I came up with.

Card stock - Whisper White (Stampin Up)
Decorative Paper - Happy Go Lucky (Pebbles), Jubilee (The Girls Paperie), Solid (Studio Calico)
Stamps - Unity KOM April & May 2011
Ink - Black (Memento) Markers - assorted colors (Copic)
Die - Square Scallop (Stampin Up)
Punch - Circle Scallop (Stampin Up)
Trim - Neighborhood (Crate Paper)
Decorative Brads - Abbey Road (My Mind's Eye)

1. Create card from card stock - finished size 4.25 x 5.5
2. Cut decorative paper and adhere to card
3. Add white trim with double sided tape
4. Stamp images and color
5. Adhere stamped images to die cuts
6. Attach brads
7. Attach scallop circle and square to card

  1. Love the way you've placed the paper at different angles to mimic the cake! Fun card, Donna!

  2. I love the colors and your play with the different angles too! Very bright and cheerful besides!

  3. Fabulous card!
Thanks so much for playing along with us!
