Seaside Shack

I made this card for the current Impression Obsession challenge - "Let's Hear it for the Boys". They had a Memorial Day sale and I picked up a few new stamps and I was glad I got this one, because I didn't have any masculine IO stamps. I love this stamp and it was so much fun to color. Thanks for taking a look!!

Card stock - Sahara Sand, Whisper White (Stampin' Up)
Decorative Paper - Light Blue Distressed (Recollections)
Stamp - Seaside Shack (Impression Obsession)
Die - Cloud - (Cricut - Going Places)
Punch - Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch (Stampin Up)
Ink - Black (Memento), Markers - assorted colors (Copic)
Paper Snips (Martha Stewart)

1. Create card from card stock - finished size is 5 x 5
2. Cut decorative paper panel to 5 x 3 and adhere to card
3. Cut clouds with Cricut and adhere to card
4. Cut dotted scallop border and adhere to card
5. Stamp image, color, fussy cut and adhere to card

  1. Great card! I love the background you created and your coloring of the stamp. I don't think I have ever seen this stamp... Great job. Thank you for sharing!

  2. Hi Donna, I just stopped by to see if you had the challenge date widget in your sidebar. You do. I had to change it. The second Summer is misspelled. Blogger won't let me post the code for you to pick up here, so you need to pick it up again at the IO blog in the side bar. So sorry. I will learn not to have typos. LOL Why don't they have spell check in photo programs. LOL

Thanks for playing and good luck in the drawing too!

I appreciate your comments.
