It's a Cupcake Kind of Day

I made this card for this weeks CAS-ual Fridays Color Block Challenge #7. These three pieces of card stock were sitting near each other one my work table and I thought they all worked together so that's how I picked the colors. I think they are from this month's Studio Calico KOM and/or an Add-on. I used another new Impression Obsession clear stamp set called Cupcake - so cute. Thanks for taking a look!!

Here's my card

Card stock - Whisper White (Stampin' Up)
Textured Card Stock - olive green, tidepool, dusty pink (Bazzill Basics)
Ink - Black (Memento)
Markers - Celadon Green, Rose Red, Ice Mint (Copic) - I do names not numbers!!
Oval Die (Stampin Up)

1. Create card from card stock - finished size is 4.25 x 5.5
2. Cut colored panels and adhere to card
3. Die cut oval
4. Stamp image and color
5. Adhere oval to card with foam tape

  1. What luck to have scraps waiting and able! :) Super cute card, love the sweet colors-perfect for cupcakes! Glad you came to play at CAS-ual Fridays!

  2. The colors and the card are yummy, just like the cupcake too!

  3. I love your use of the colors and blocks, Donna! The cupcake is perfect for this design! Beautiful CAS card! Thanks so much for playing with us at CAS-ual Fridays!!
