For my card, I used a cute stamp set & matching dies from Neat & Tangled. I created the background of the card with watercolors and colored the angel with Copic markers. I added clear glitter to her wings with a Quickie Glue Stick, but it's hard to tell in the picture how sparkly they are. I heated embossed the sentiment and added Wink of Stella sparkles to the halo.
