Hello and welcome to Day 4 of our new 5 for 5 Easter Blog Event! Each day our designers will post an Easter project based on that day’s theme. Today’s theme is "Baskets"! Some of us are offering prizes, so be sure to leave comments on each of links below and visit all the blogs for details on how to win!
To make this card I started with the basket. I cut the basket out on my Scan N Cut , it's an image that comes with the machine. I wanted to make it be large enough to full up most of the card. It's made from DCWV paper. Then, I stamped some eggs with Archival Inks on card stock in similar colors. The egg stamps are from WPlus9. I made the grass with a border punch. The sentiment is a Denami Designs Rubber stamps.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to visit the blog of the other awesome designers taking part in our Easter 5 for 5 Event. Check back tomorrow for our last day, Day 5 which will be full of crafty fun and inspiration.

ReplyDeleteHow are you liking your Scan and Cut? I've hesitated, not only because of my budget, but because I'm hoping they'll come out with one that can tie in to the computer so I can manipulate the images. Do you find it's real easy to do so directly on the machine?
ReplyDeleteThey have a free software you can use to manipulate your own graphics called Scan N Cut Canvas so you should be able to do anything you want. You can just transfer your computer things with a USB to the Scan N Cut. It's honestly easier and better than I expected. I waited a while to finally get it.
DeleteLove your colourful eggs. Hugz
