Day 5 of the 7 Days of Halloween Inspiration

Welcome to Day 5 of the 7 Days of Halloween Blog Event brought to you by "The Inspiration Crew".  We’re just a group of online crafty friends who love being creative. This time we're doing a 7 day event to provide you with tons of Halloween Inspiration.

We're making crafty projects using products we like and some of us are even offering prizes. Check each blog and the information there for what prizes are being offered and when the winners will be announced on that blog.

At the bottom of this post is a list of all the crafty ladies participating in this event. Be sure to visit all the blogs each day for loads of fun Halloween craft ideas.

I'm also offering a prize!! My prize is a $20 Michaels gift card. To be eligible to win just be sure you are a follower of my blog and leave a comment. The more days you comment, the more chances you have to win!! I'll announce the winner on my blog Tuesday, October 15.

Here's my project for Day 5 - A Tim Holtz tiny treat bag. I used the Bag Die with some seasonal paper to make the bag. Then I used the tag die to make the little tag. I used Distress Crackle Paint, Distress Stains and Distress inks on the tag. The witch stamp and die are also Tim Holtz and I colored them roughly with Distress Markers. Finally I died some ribbon with a couple Distress Stains to get the color I wanted. So, it looks like a simple Tim Holtz kind of treat bag, but it took a while to finish!! I love the witch and I think this is an awesome Halloween bag!

Thanks for stopping by. Don't forget to leave a comment and become a follower so you'll qualify for the Michaels gift card and be sure to check out the awesome inspiration from the other ladies (blogs listed below). Some of them are offering prizes also!! We have a Pinterest Board too, click here to check it out.
