I made this card for the current Wee Memories Challenge #60 "Party Time" and the Cupcake Craft Challenge "Cooking Up A Storm." I'm really in love with the Birthday Cake stamp and Happy Birthday Circle stamp from Unity Stamp Company KOMs. I wanted use this decorative paper. It's so bright and fun and cheerful.
