Welcome to this week's color challenge at The Play Date Cafe. Our colors are Orange Zest, Chartreuse, and Jade. Our sponsor this week is Avery Elle. I used stamps from the Avery Elle set called Knotty and Memento Inks. The stripes are from the stamp set. I really like to use those stripes to make backgrounds. The rhinestones are from Doodle Bug Designs - The Flower Box Collection. I also used a Stampin' Up Circle Punch. These papers came from my Studio Calico month Card Kit.
Our lucky winner will get an awesome prize from Avery Elle. So, be sure to join us this week. These are really fun and cheerful colors. I can't wait to see what you make with them!!

Welcome to this week's color challenge from The Play Date Cafe. It's time for everybody's favorite, the color splash challenge. Our splash colors this week are black, white and a splash of nectarine. I might have used a little more than a "splash," but I really wanted to use my new rose stamp and I couldn't resist. This rose is from the Technique Tuesday Garden Society Series. I jut love it. I colored it with copics and used Nestabilities. The ink is black Memento and the paper is Nene Solar White.
Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp. One lucky winner will get a great gift certificate. I hope you will play with us this week and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. Thanks for stopping by.

It's that time again - time for a new color challenge at The Play Date Cafe. Our colors this week are Magenta, Teal and Light Gray. Our sponsor this week is Great Impressions Rubber Stamps and they graciously provided all the design team members with their stamps to use in our projects this week. I love this scene of houses and this sentiment. It's a perfect housewarming card. I colored the houses "loosely" with Copic markers. I added some tiny pearls and magenta rhinestones for accents.
One lucky winner will get a FAB prize from Great Impressions. I hope you will join us. These colors are bold and fun. I can't wait to see what you create with these colors this week!!
